How you can help

We aim to bring people into the theatre and also to take theatre to as wide a
cross section of our community as possible. All our projects have to be funded
from donations, so we are looking for help that can be achieved through
giving in a number of ways:

Regular Individual giving
Project sponsorship
Event sponsorship

Up to £150 will sponsor a local young person in a weekend theatre project. These projects help build confidence, social skills and cultural understanding.

£150 will sponsor a place in one of our Summer School Workshop Weeks.
We run 2 workshops, one for 8-11 year olds and one for 12-14 year olds to help create a new piece of theatre.

£250 will sponsor one day of youth theatre sessions.
We run two youth theatre sessions every Sunday during term time, one for ages 11-14 years and one 14-18 year olds.
This is FREE for students to attend.

£500 will provide a support worker for a child with disabilities on one of our workshop weeks.

£1750 will sponsor 100 underprivileged local young people to see a live show at the New Wimbledon Theatre.

£1750 will sponsor art and drama workshops across the borough of Merton during the school holidays.
This is an important project, providing positive and creative activities for young people who are unable to travel to their local theatre, either because of their financial situation, or because of family circumstances (e.g. children who act as carers for a family member).

£6500 will help sponsor a typical Express Yourself Project for groups of young people who have a variety of physical, behavioural, social and/or learning needs.
